I got this wheel down off the shelf in my garage and did not polish it or even wipe. If you want a vintage wood wheel, bid of this one. It is overall really nice and i've attempted to show all the small flaws present. The hub has fine groves for splines.

Clean and polish it to your standards. I've had this steering wheel for over 20 years, planning on using it, but no longer have the car.
