Details:

Clips on the back and screws are rusty, but all there. Decent used power steering horn cap and monogram, Gm part number. The background cup has a small dent in it, but you can't even see it from front through monogram, when assembled.

This fits 1959 Buick Lesabre, invicta and Electra with power steering only. The monogram is free of stress cracking, but paint weak in lettering, and weaker still crest. The chrome is pretty nice, with only a few small pits.
