Wheel was in very nice shape prior to restoring n light cream and clear coated. Part number on back of wheel is removed from a 1949 Plymouth special deluxe and up for bids is the original '' restored 3 spoke steering wheel with chrome horn ring cap, internal horn contacts mounting nut. Horn ring has no bends or cracks chrome in very nice shape.
