This is typically found on E9 I can't find any flaws on the wheel itself. This measures 38cm. This is a Petri steering wheel with Bmw course spline hub.

There is a very small crack on the hub cover right next to wheel, hard see especially when installed, last picture. The leather is new and a very good re wrap with high quality automotive. The splines on hub are in great shape.
