You can purchase used hubs but this is scary and used hubs are not safe I have seen many hubs being offered on with damaged spline head or had damaged or no backside horn contact rings.

Some Italian hubs are badly cast and covered with a cheap plastic skirt and most of those don't even fit but those only cost of 5.
