It comes with instructions, all the hardware is complete as verified by instructions. I cleaned and then polished the horn button, steering post cover with smith brute, so all parts are shining ready to install. The kit is a ten on scale, box nice, and parts inside are perfect. For sale is a nos, new in the box, never used 3293 Grant chrome steering wheel installation kit.

This kit allows you to mount an aftermarket, three hole custom steering wheel, Grant or superior, your vehicle and have horn function. The catalog says it fits all 1957 fords except Thunderbird's and ups.
