Details:

The clear plastic over horn cap has some discoloration. The collar and horn button have no cracks or broken mounting tabs. There are a couple spots on the metal part of steering wheel where black paint is coming off.

The foam on rim of wheel is in pretty good shape except for a couple small imperfections as shown pictures but it not cracked or coming apart. Hard to find this with all the original components. I have a lot of truck stuff so let me know if you are looking for something. Included is the steering wheel, collar, horn button, and cap.
