I only see very minor typical scuffs scratches to wood grain. The metal looks great with some marks that would be under horn ring.

It looks like it will fit other applications. I have not cleaned this with anything. This appears to be a 1968 Camaro steering wheel. The hub is stamped 68 with another number and noted in photos.
