The correct factory mounting bolt with special serrated flat washer for proper grounding of horn is included as can be seen in pictures. Heres a Delco Remy high note horn removed from 60,000 mile 1963 Chevrolet Impala. The date code is 3 e 1 and also in one of pictures, but hard to read. Hard to find horn removed from a low mile car.
This horn mounts on the radiator core support and is that mounted in lower position.
