This is a very nice 400mm VD ebonite steering wheel that i've owned for some time. The black spokes are exceptional and ebonite grip is free from severe cracking you usually see on these wheels. If you're matching the dates in your car, this wheel shows an original date code of 11 68.

All of the parts I have listed on were, at one time or another, purchased for my cars were actually. Multiple cars undergoing restoration right now and i'm always interested in hard-to-find, early 356's, 911's, 912's. Its a lovely and original wheel with only moderate patina much better than most you see offered for sale my Porsche parts literature shows this is correct 911 lbw cars from 1969 through I m collector who owns more dozen vintage Porsche's spend fair amount of spare time hunting buying trading these great. Like many Porsche parts, it may fit other years model's as well.

Un restored wheels like this are getting hard to find and wheel would look great in an original or survivor car.
