The cracks are so slight that i'm not sure where you'll be able to see them even with zoom feature. It has some minor cracks where around the hub and spokes meet wheel. Heres a very nice original Chevelle or el Camino Ss steering wheel.
While these are 50 year old parts the vast majority of them have been stored away inside since early to Midas so they will fared better than most. I may have looked at dozens of broken original parts and know its difficult to find a good one that is not.
