It has only been wiped clean with a damp cloth. When it sits alone looks black, but you put something black beside it, either a very dark brown or burgundy. There appears to be what looks like a pea sized spot of super glue on the bottom grip and it one clips horn button has been broken repaired see all pics as they are part.
I'm sure this will clean up very nicely. This vintage oem Chevrolet steering wheel is believed to fit Chevy Camaro, Novas and Chevelle from 1970 I am not sure exactly what color. Any potential buyers should do their own research on that. Wheel shows normal to light wear for its age.
