Using, I do find that part number in the Buick parts books - used for wood wheel riviera and 1966 wildcat. However, I can find no listing for this part number in any of my many, many Buick parts books.

My guess is that it might have been available on Chevalier, Monte, Camry and nova, but impala caprice. My Chevrolet parts books list this part number as fitting the sport steering wheel on all model's for which it was available. Again, this asset-up.

Even after all this rigmarole of looking, I don't know if is for the back steering wheel where it would fit to column or front, horn button mount.

No more listings after that. By 1976, the parts books do start specifying model's, even after completely skipping 1974 and 1975 cars. For 1976, Chevrolet shows it Malibu, lacuna and Eli amino but not Monte, Camry, Vega nova.
