The hub has a series of small holes drilled into it - see picture 9. I don't know if it was made that way or the matte finish is from wear. The part number on back of it is at and also has 5-s.

This one is black and has 3 spokes. I see two small cracks on it - pictures w. This one is used, but still in good shape considering its age. I found a picture of one this on truck and there was bracket mounted through those holes, but don't have that or the horn button for steering wheel.

The hub and spokes still have a gloss finish, but he outer part has matte finish. It could be used as is on a driver or survivor truck, but those cracks would need to repaired for show truck. This is an original used steering wheel for a '48-'50 Dodge truck.
