Genuine Fomoco part in box - number hand written on other blacked out can only read horn cap B9AZ-13A805-c cast is FEG-3625-a. Cap is very nice, bright shiny chrome, no large pits but this almost 60 yrs old so some light spots scattered about hard to see I used magnify glass and a few nicks in gold tone paint. Compare your application may fit Fairlane, Ranchero, f series truck, pass car.
