The emblem says Mercury anniversary xv perfect part for your driver car or restoration project. Part is used but in really good condition.

I will take care of the issue and help in any way can. However they will not be perfect. If you are building a car to look time period correct then nos is the only way go.

This is the horn ring. They will all be in good never been installed condition. Fits 1963 full size Mercury model's. Most have never been offered for sale before.

Many of my parts date back to the 50s 60 and 70. It does come with an nos horn ring attaching plate. Marty thanks. I try very hard to represent these parts the best of my knowledge.
