I cannot even find any scratches on it. It is part number FDT-3623-b and has a casting number of Fe-3655-a.

It measures. Here is a brand new, original, unused, 1957 Mercury power steering horn ring button. It has 3 mounting prongs on the backside.

New, old stock. There is no rust, dents, cracks, and chips. I deducted the 1/2 point due to me not having original box. This part is absolutely mint.
