It is in very good condition. Plastic is great.

Outer chrome is perfect. Ship, blue ocean and red sunset are beautiful with color. Sold as is early 1949 Plymouth special deluxe horn center.

Only arguable blemishes would be in the ridged section of the housing but it is extremely light. A great steering wheel can really dress up an interior with very little work. Ask questions. Chrome housing is shiny and nearly pit free.
