Details:

The wheel in the photo is all that I have, there is no horn button or hardware. There are two spots in the clear plastic where there appears to be rust.

The photos make the wheel look blue when it is actually a blue green. As a result I have a steering wheel that is as clean as they get. This is a used steering wheel from a Plymouth Fury.

I see no cracks at all and only a few blames. There are four tiny nicks in one of the four arms that are in the photo. Some of these nicks might be cleaned up with a file. These are both near the point where the clear meets the plastic.
