The leather wrap has one small blemish on back side at 12 o'clock. It was an option in many Ford and mercury vehicles like Mustang Cobra ii, Pinto, bobcat, cougar, Granada, Thunderbird, f-150 truck, Bronco, more. The cap still snaps on with no issues and horn button pushes down recoils up like it should.

See pictures for details. This is the leather wrapped version. In the lower 48 states. This really is a nice steering wheel which was removed 30 years ago and properly stored.

Anywhere else maybe more. Shipping is the lower horn cap face has a crack which been repaired and back side of couple repairs. Excellent condition. It will fit just about any mid to late '70s and early '80s Ford or mercury vehicle.

It has the provision for horn in button. Original Ford 1970s and 19803-spoke sport steering wheel.
