Not sure, but may fit other years. Original steering wheel horn emblem bezel for 1964 Chevy Impala. Chrome bezel is in very good condition with minimal, if any pitting.

Emblem medallion shows some minor surface scuffs that are likely easily buffed out. One of the mounting tabs has broken off and would need a donor repair. The interior of medallion has some normal marks that I would describe as stress from plastic material being focal point pressure over years for honking horn etc. Perfectly suitable for your restored or original Impala.
