These are standard steel wheels that came on 70s Mercedes 240d and others, 5-1 2 x 14 for hubcaps. They were removed from a 1978 240d and replaced with the same wheel in aluminum which are very expensive. These are the factory original wheels for those cars. Buy 1 or all 5.

They are dusty with normal light wear as expected, not restored or painted, in original condition per image.
