The spring loaded horn grounding apparatus is there. The splines look perfect.
My notes: JLX. A nice original piece. The photos show condition well.
There are about 5 hairline cracks in it. The paint does have some wear, but for original i'd call it exceptional.
This wheel is in great condition with original turquoise paint. The nylon cancelling sleeve on back will need to be replaced. This has been in doors in storage for the last 4 decades, time to let it go.
