It is in fair shape. Look at photos they should give a good idea what shape this wheel is in Chevelle steering here 1965 truck. I think this would be a good wheel to restore. The cracks are not very large.

On the front where horn button would cover are a few small spats that have cracked off.

It would be easy one to restore. For some people it might be good enough a driver the way is. It has the normal cracks.
