I took this from a the gm Cadillac parts catalog states correct for 1983 to 1985 with plastic wheel, color is smudge off darker than some 83's. No cracks good color. Nice condition.

Steering wheels of this nature are now extremely rare, sale price is firm. This color is gm 22, dark royal blue also had a darker blue, code check each photo as they show the complete face of wheel. Cadillac steering wheel, plastic with the wood grain inlay.
Does not include horn pad or shroud. The wood grain is complete and tight, but shows intermittent ripples in plastic over wood grain, spaced about 1 apart. This was caused by a steering wheel cover that spiral bound about the circumference of.
